El Rosal de Oviedo

The apartment is very well located - an easy walk to all the major sites with many restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the onsite parking allowed us to easily make excursions along the coast. Tino was a great host with many helpful recommendations.

No need for improvement

El alojamiento fue perfecto. Tino es un anfitrión estupendo, fue muy flexible con nosotros y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de Oviedo. El apartamento es muy cómodo y céntrico pero a la vez en una zona muy calmada.

Todo fue perfecto.

The apartment is very charming, having a character, and nicely furnished, convenient for a longer stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. One bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, and there is another bathroom in the corridor. Everything was clean and tidy. The host, Tino was very proactive and forthcoming, contacted me before the arrival, and provided great recommendations for Oviedo and surroundings. He was also immediately available when we had a small issue with the boiler (the issue was resolved very fast). The location is super - in a lived-in area of the city, but only with a short walk to the cathedral. There are multiple restaurants around, and the supermarket is almost in the same building.

The bed was a bit on a hard side for me. There is no air conditioning - usually not really necessary in this part of Spain, but we had a couple of days of extreme temperatures. It was possible to open the windows - the bedrooms were really quiet.

Tener el parking en el mismo edificio, es muy cómodo. Y el trato con tino y su madre, una señora muy amable y encantadora.

Por poner algún pero era que de vez en cuando olía algo a humo. Pero de manera ocasional

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación, a un paso del Fontán, Catedral, Gascona... La amabilidad del anfitrión también es de agradecer. Y un punto importante que nos hizo decantarnos por este alojamiento fue el parking. Es una comodidad llegar a casa y aparcar sin complicaciones

Nada a destacar. Quizás el olor a tabaco en el salón. Al llegar olía fenomenal, pero al día siguiente afloró ese olor que se ha mantenido toda la semana. Es solo un mínimo detalle que tal vez hayamos notado más al ser no fumadores. Pero repetiría sin duda, no es algo insoportable
