El Rosal de Oviedo

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación, a un paso del Fontán, Catedral, Gascona... La amabilidad del anfitrión también es de agradecer. Y un punto importante que nos hizo decantarnos por este alojamiento fue el parking. Es una comodidad llegar a casa y aparcar sin complicaciones

Nada a destacar. Quizás el olor a tabaco en el salón. Al llegar olía fenomenal, pero al día siguiente afloró ese olor que se ha mantenido toda la semana. Es solo un mínimo detalle que tal vez hayamos notado más al ser no fumadores. Pero repetiría sin duda, no es algo insoportable

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro, cerca de todo, pero sin ruido. Casa muy cómoda con todo lo necesario. Camas y almohadas cómodas, dos baños grandes y el salón muy independiente de las habitaciones. Volvería a alojarme aquí

Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. Great location, with private, secure parking. Tino extremely helpful.

The location was incredible. Very close to the sites and lots of restaurants in the area. Probably one of the top apartments I have stayed in in over 15 years of using booking.com. Excellent value. The pictures are very accurate.

Nothing everything was great but the parking would be hard if you have a large car. This is not a reflection of the owner it’s just a fact of most European garages. We rented a comfort level MG and a larger car may have scraped the sides of the garage on the way down to the level. You should try to not to rent large cars whenever you in Europe. That being said, the city streets were easy to maneuver.

Great location, clean and tidy. Host was very helpful, giving us resteraunt and other recommendations.

Great location with everything nearby (including a market!), included parking, very well-equipped kitchen for cooking, two bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, communicative and helpful host.

The floors weren’t very clean and the freezer was dirty and had some food in it.

1. Location: in the center. 2. Apartment: it has all the things you need for a comfortable stay, just like a local. 3. The owner of the apartment, Tino, very helpful, answered promptly all our questions. 4. It has a parking space. It’s handy to rent a car to explore the region.

There is a light smell of cigarette in the room.

Excellent location in center. Well equipped. Spacious. Very large car space. Tino is an excellent host and terrific person.
