Liked the location, 5 minutes to town, near the canal. Comfortable lounge area.

It hadn't been thoughly cleaned (sand and pet hairs in the conservatory area) With the bedrooms being in the attic and no apparent insulation the road noise was very loud equivalent to windows being open all of which made it difficult to sleep.
