Coach House. Falcon Mews

It was clean and spacious and well stocked! The bed was very comfortable. It felt very homely with lots of nice decor bits and the book swap was such a good idea! The sunny reception room was lovely! The nice touch of fresh flowers on the kitchen table, milk and Prosecco in the fridge along with tea coffee and biscuits on our arrival was very welcome. The rainfall shower was divine! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

We were slightly disappointed that we did not have the enclosed garden, this was largely due to Booking.com muddling up the fact that there are in fact 2 properties to rent, one with garden one with a tiny courtyard. The photos are quite misleading. This didn’t spoil our stay at all and we loved staying in the smaller property Grooms.

Super 1 night stay, location was perfect, property was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Will hopefully stay again. The cottage we stayed in had 1 bedroom with large double bed, and also single bed in a cute area at the top of the stairs. Beach was only 5 minute walk, and it's in such a nice area. Parking space was also so convenient, large enough for an average car. We loved the house and location, can't wait to go again. Thank you

Everything was good!

Location excellent. Close to the beach and the town of Bude. A bit tight to manoeuvre cars in and out, but great to have secure off street parking.

Would have liked a summer quilt, as the quilts provided quite hot. Would have liked a couple of uplighters in the sitting room area, as quite hard to read there

Excellent Cottage right in the heart of Bude next to the canal and only 5 min walk to the beach. The facilities were superb and lovely to have the courtyard and a parking space. Perfect for our one night mini break.
