The Bay View Hotel

It was clean. They had battery lamps during the power outage.

There was no electricity for more than 24 hours which was an inconvenience. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant closed early that day. There's no sign for reception so it's quite confusing when it's your 1st time. From the pictures, the place looks 👌 and there's a beach view of which we got none of that. We were placed at the ground floor whereby it was very noisy. There's no privacy. The block out curtains make the room extremely dark and impossible for privacy when open. People can see through your room. The place is not peaceful as you can hear the workers talking from outside.

The restaurant closed early without being informed propery , had to go out for dinner on the first and most were closed around 7pm. No mats in the bathroom this creates a mess, I find the bathrooms are also not to be private cant close the door even when doing number 2.

Cozy comfortable

No microwave in room no water in the fridge,had a huge problem about the iron they gave us not functioning iron, even if they offered to do ironing for us it was a total mess and the food we ordered had lots of mistakes imagine served with ribs and prawns but not being given water or wet wipes,we had a problem about this

The staff was good and the room was clean
