I did not like carrying my luggage up 3 staircases with no lift, no trolley and no porter. The place to stay in was ok, but no cloths to wipe up water draining from the fridge, that said, it was so frosted with old ice it did not make anything cold never mind freezing in the freeze area. There was no toilet cleaner or toilet brush, no spoons for the coffee station, unacceptable. The place is being renovated and it was not mentioned on the website or any notice of it when booking. It was dusty, dirty & noisy....the starter I had, prawns was so soupy you had to fish for the prawns that was very scarce....very, very disappointed for the advertisement given and price paid. Won't see me again or promote the place.
