INThe property is surrounded by great views and runs on sustainability. If you're looking for an experience that includes farm life, horses, comfort, activities this is the place for you. The staff is very helpful. This place is a complete package.

1) The information given at the the time of the booking is very misleading. The Photo shows 2 rooms interconnected when you try to book a 'Cottage'. But in reality, it is just a normal double-bed room. 2) The information while booking says you are getting a 'Superior Villa', but in reality it is just a normal Double-Bed room with a small balcony. 3) The pricing for extra bed was not mentioned and when you ask for it they mentioned Rs. 3500 for a single mattress, which when bargained was brought down to Rs. 750 4) The information for various activities, charges etc was very unclear as the staff was untrained to give that information 5) The Food was just about ok a 5/10 for a New Year's Eve and it was on a separate charge which was again not mentioned at the time of booking 6) They say you have sports facilities, but in reality you have a big ground where you can play football (with 1 deflated football), badminton (2 racquets and 1 shuttle) and cricket (1 bat & ball) - in an open ground. This is again misleading

1. No provision for bathing soap and shampoo charged extra for this . 2. Villa shower and tap runs together . They should focus on fixing bathroom taps and showers . 3. Should allow cars till the stay place at least to drop luggage’s as it’s a long walk .

The food was too sub-standard and they need you to prebook the meals. Our evening snacks, dinner and breakfast were included, but we arrived during lunch hour and wanted to place an order. But, we weren't allowed as they only catered to pre- booked orders. Also, the food was too oily and tasteless. We noticed the cook to be also serving as house cleaning staff. They should take this seriously as this is the only area that's deterring a superior experience.

Property is not at all value for money, staff is very rude even basic requests they will not fulfilled and food quality is going bad. I suffered a stomach infection after eating dinner here. Property owner needs to ensure the people managing this property take it seriously
