Location is very good. Property is well maintained. Clean rooms and service was also good. The staff is interactive

Limited staffing and very few people available to assist with our queries Internet availability was poor. Restaurant can be better maintained and services can be improved. We requested for tea a little late in the evening and were turned down Would suggest having a bigger restaurant will more service hours for the size of this property Amenities can be expanded as the property is huge and can accommodate more activities However the staff resources look to be limited although willing to help. Since the pricing is not too low we expect better service

Very peaceful and calm since we visited on normal weekend right after the Dasara vacation. It was very refreshing stay. I believe it might not be the same when it gets full during vacations or corporate events since the Cottages and Villas face each other. There is no view of mountains from the Cottages. Cottage concept is beautiful and peaceful, except for the big issue that you can't sleep beyond 6:30/7 AM in morning as they have big glasses in the roof for natural light like the village homes, which is very cool during the daytime but certainly not early morning :) Food is simple and homely, which is good and not so good since you usually go to a resort paying around 5k/6K per night to have a different experience than you have at home, but its an individual perspective. In case I happen to visit again, I would drive to nearby restaurants for dinner. There are plenty right below Nandi Hills.

No details around amenities/activities shared during check-in. No information around evening snacks, dinner, breakfast timings shared during check-in. Had to go and inquire for everything. After check-in we were directly taken to the room without any further information. There was no water, soaps in the Cottage. After checking at the dinner place, if it was ok to fill in the water in the bottle, it was informed that water is kept in the common area of the Villa right opposite to the cottage. There were carrom, board games, books available in a nice big room, which was not informed, nor was it easily visible with any sign boards. We were stuck in the Cottage room whole evening as it was raining heavily without knowing these amenities were available. Luckily we had our books with us to read and enjoyed a peaceful evening sitting outside and watching the rain. No information shared related to Horse riding timings/charges. Had to go and enquire at the reception and then it was informed that we had to pay 490/per person separately to buy the coupons. Horses are old and very slow. Overall, horse riding is fine for small kids, not for adults as it is just going round and round on open ground at very slow speed. Other families as well along with us literally stopped after couple of rounds getting bored. Rs. 490/per person charge for that stuff is surely not worth. The overall process was also very lethargic as we were waiting since around 9:30 after the breakfast, then it was informed that it would start at 10:30 and it actually started at 11:30 when it was very sunny on the open ground. Overall, property is excellent, needs a good manager to coordinate. Not sure if it was just that one bad day after the Dasara vacations, as on enquiring at the reception next morning for the property manager, it was informed that the manager was not around.

Breakfast was good. The location of the property is perfect.

The property is well designed & executed. But managing the same is not upto the mark. Smaller things to be looked into. It could have been a more better place.

You are paying not for the room instead to see what this place has to offer every morning!! The best , everyone is extremely kind and helpful.
