You can’t get a better location then this property it was fantastic with the beach in your back garden to shops a couple minute walk away. The property was clean and the staff who kept in contact during our stay were very helpful. As well as this we had fresh towels dropped off to us which was helpful and a nice touch.

The wifi connection in the villa unfortunately was quite poor downstairs and on the top floor only worked on the ground floor.

There were a lot of Cockroaches in the lower floor Both in the bedrooms and bathroom

I love how close it was to the beach. Rooms were spacious, and 3 bathrooms made so handy for large groups. The kitchen had all you need for cooking. Place was very quiet. Staff was lovely and place was very clean.

I didn't like the walk to bin twice a day. Day trip to bin was 30 min uphill and 30min back each time carrying trash back to main bin. I found that shocking especially that we had kids so we had a lot of trash and had to go daily in diffrent part of town with smelly bags to drop them to large bin. If that was mentioned in booking I wouldn't book it was real struggle dragging kids up hill. Villa should include bin near place especially in heat. Also chcek in at 5 pm is very late. That means one day is lost. Never been In place that is that late of check in but wants you out by 10am. Also we were charged for broken sun bed which was broken on arrival most of garden furniture is. So take pictures and report it straight away. Unfortunately, we only checked the house not outside.

Location, location, location! From the backyard there's a short trail (even possible for 4-year-olds) down to a beautiful quiet sandy beach. The kids loved playing there, even in the middle of winter. And speaking of winter, it did get cold at night, but the ACs in the living room and bedrooms kept us warm. Still, I'd recommend to bring warm socks when visiting in winter, as the insulation is typical Portugese. The house has everything you need for 7 people. Rental agency (Check-in Portugal) is very fast in answering any questions, I'd definitely recommend them.

These are not really negatives, just things to be aware of. Swimming pool cannot be heated, making it too cold to swim in the winter. Coffee machine is Delta, and they sell the coffee cups in all the shops, just never heard of it before. The check-in and deposit payment is all online beforehand, and once everything is done, and the house is ready, they send the door code by WhatsApp. Official check-in is rather late at 17:00 (as indicated on Booking), but we got access a bit before 16:00. And finally (not related to the house): never ever rent a car from Enterprise/Guerin/Alamo in Faro, they will rip you off.

Location is fab, views directly onto the beach, and a path down steps to the beach. Its in a quiet part of albuferia, but 20mins walk on the beach brings you to old town, or 20 mind by road to new town. Uber was only 4 euro to either of the two. Kitchen had everything you need for self catering. Layout, you enter from rear of property, onto the living area/kitchen, with tiolet at back. Master bedroom/ensuite is up the stairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs one with double, one with a single and double, main bathroom also downstairs.

Its rustic, if your into that. Kitchen is tired, bathrooms are of age, but everything works. Pool was ok, access to it could be improved by getting a proper pool ladder, currently its a set of aluminium steps like a builder uses, and its sore on the feet
