Location was amazing. Garden and views spectacular. Access to beach and restaurants very good.

Be careful to keep doors closed as we had some mosquitoes in rooms.

The bedroom upstairs mattress was not very comfortable. You need to buy new pillows. The home is dated but I love the old door & the home. I would like to go back there & stay for 1 month

The location is the most wonderful thing about this property. Private parking with shade, pool and beach access, a true quiet corner of Albufeira with amazing views, including dolphins most days! It's also comparatively cheaper to neighbouring properties. We rented this villa last year and the pool cleaning boys would come to clean it each day in the afternoon, it was nice to see the improvement that they only came once early in the morning and not disturb our stay. Last year we had no towel or sheets cleaning service, it was nice to see that they took our towels for clean ones, however no one came to change our sheets.

The house is very old and rustic, which is totally fine but there are a lot of improvements that could be done for safety such as: broken living room tiles on the floor, the bottom of the pool was also cracked which could cut someone's foot if walking around with no shoes on. The area by the pool had not been swept, we found an open safety pin by the sun lounger which could have been dangerous. The previous residents had a party and we had to clear up the glitter paper from the pebbles and all the bushes. The paint is coming off the hanging rail so we ended up with lots of it on our swimsuits and lots of mess on the floor . This was our second year at this property and it would have been nice to see some improvements/maintenance . The kitchen needs a serious improvement, the plywood is very old and the drawers are broken. We love this villa and would definitly come back again, it's such a shame that it is being neglected, just because that view will always win everyone's heart.

Right on the beach front, walking distance to amenities and the strip. Quiet location.

absolutely fantastic location - a little worn around the edges but perfect for what I needed it for - minute walk to an amazing beach bar and further up the hill a lovely restaurant and convenience store.

pool was small and a little worn - interior could do with a few modern changes but still fine -

View was fabulous. BBQ facilities where good. Access to the beach was great. There is signs that people do use the access down to the beech as a toilet but the villa owners can do nothing about that. It seem that all along the beach any little hidden path is been used as a toilet by the public 🤷. Sunbathing area and pool was good. The two double rooms beds where very comfy. A half hour stroll along the beach gets up into old town got a €6 taxi back in the evening. A half hour walk into newtown along the cliffs plenty to see and explore but not for the faint harted and good foot wear is ecential. €6 taxi back.

The room with the double and single beds where not comfortable. The shower on the top floor was dodgy. It worked if you pulled the hot nob out a bit but if you didn't do that it would not work. Would have liked more pictures of all the stairs, did not realise it was a three story building and there was so much stairs. Not sure would we have picked this villa as we had a busy 1 year old, but we managed by blocking off stair ways and making sure access doors to stairs where shut. Disposal of rubbish was a bit of an ordeal as the wheels bins are a good walk away up hill at least 10 minutes away.
