Central (yet tranquil) modern apartment with free Parking. Located in York's historical building

Perfect location

The location and parking is excellent. The kitchen is really good however the bathrooms are the windows need attention.

The bathroom grout and shower screen is mouldy and needs replacing. The lounge needs a second sofa as we had to sit on the floor . The sofa only seats 2/3 adults.

Great location, new kitchen with plenty of equipment. Very comfortable beds and good that there were 2 bathrooms. The water was always nice and hot. The whole apartment was very clean and as it was quite cold while we were there, the heating worked well. We made use of the York walks book which was in the TV cabinet.

Both bathrooms were clean but could do with a refurb, they were dated and the ensuite had signs of damp and the extractor fan didn't work.The towels were quite old. As we were 2 couples, the lounge area lacked seating as there was only one sofa and although there were bean bags, these weren't comfortable.

Beautiful apartment

Granddaughter went for a bath but only got cold water. Had to boil the kettle to wash a few pots.

Fab location, nice apartment and free parking. Tea and milk also provided which was great.
