Central (yet tranquil) modern apartment with free Parking. Located in York's historical building

it was in a good location for the town, and it was comfortable and enough for what we wanted

reported the shower hose clip was broken, but wasn't fixed whilst we were there, bathrooms were a bit tired and could do with a makeover due to mould, could have done with instructions manuals to work the radiators

Location superb to visit York. No taxi’s needed. Great communication and very clean.

The apartment needs some tlc, which I’ve informed the owners, so hopefully will get sorted.

Location is excellent for town centre. Only 5 minutes walk. Lovely spacious apartment. Just need a bit more attention in places. Christ tree nice little touch But overall great.

Attention to detail. I.e there was 2 lose toilet seats, dirty grill, not enough toilet roll. Could do with new towels some had bleach stains on them. Could do with washing up bowl. Generally needs crockery (e.g cracked mug and chipped plate)

Location was excellent and accommodation was as expected and comfortable

We couldn’t find an instruction manual and struggled a bit with some of the radiators but got enough going to keep warm even though it was below freezing outside. Taxi drivers had no idea where it was but were very helpful finding it.

Smelt like people had been smoking although this seemed to improve in our short stay

Lovley little apartment in the heart of york ..close to shops .we wanted to stay the next night as one night was not enough but it was sold out on booking.com .

My only problem was the lock box had the key for room in which was fine but the garage fob was in the room so had leave my car with wife and son in ..while I got got key out of lock box then had to go in apartment get key fob for garage door ..while my car was parked on double yellow lines with hazards on .

Space and location were excellent. Very clean. Host very responsive.

There were quite a few things needing DIY. Loose door handles, mouldy looking grout and skirting in en suite. Towels were provided but were very small bath towels, toilet roll stated as provided but it was one roll and 3 part rolls. It would have been good to have instructions for heating and appliances as well as maybe local information. We didn’t spot the wi fi codes until after asking host as there were stickers in odd places and we missed them. As two the seating was fine and comfortable but there was only one sofa and a couple of bean bags.

Property was run-down, most door latches were broken, tile in the bathroom was broken, grouting was poor, radiator buttons cracked in living room. mildew in shower room, very basic kitchen utensils, spoons etc

The place was very clean, tidy, and well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay. The host was very efficient and helpful and allowed us to drop luggage earlier than check in, which was fantastic, and allowed us to explore this beautiful city.
