Excellent Location

Need to provide some champagne glasses

Overall I thought it was excellent value - extremely comfortable, well fitted out and in particular the beds were super-comfy. We appreciated the kind thought of the bottle of wine on arrival. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and extremely well-positioned place to stay in York.

I am sure the owner knows that the shower needs some attention - its the one part of the flat that lets it down - the tiles need replacing. It was OK to use but updating that element would have scored it a 10.

Nothing really

The apartment is large and comfortable, and the location is great for exploring York on foot. With a lot of suitcases, we were relieved to find the flat right next to the main door on ground level. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. There was a moment when the wifi went down, but the host was responsive and the problem got fixed right away.

The coffee packets seemed to be a creamy mix, I think just black might be better.

Instruction on heaters ?

Location was perfect, close to central town yet still quiet. Off street safe parking behind locked gate. I was able to park up and check in earlier which was greatly appreciated. Great having 2 bathrooms and kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable too. We had been left fresh milk in the fridge and tea,coffee and sugar 😊👍☕

Needs more storage for clothes, we did ok for staying 1 night but would struggle if staying longer. The whole place was freezing on the evening and had to play around with the radiators to get warm. TV didnt work properly picture wouldn't stay fixed. The ensuite shower cubicle could do with some attention. That said everywhere else was clean and comfortable and we would stay again.

The location of this flat is superb. So central & easy to get where we needed to be during our short stay. We were able to park up on arrival on not need to use it again until we left. The decor is stylish and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we required. I would stay again, because the location was ideal. Couple of slight issues we encountered. The electrics in the living room went off twice on the first night. Once we found the fuse box that was sorted. The extractor fan in the ensuite didn't work and we couldnt get the heat to work in the living room, so that would have bothered me if I was there longer than 2 nights. There didn't appear to be anywhere to report issues

Property was nicely decorated and comfortable, all the facilities you need for a couple of days break. Great location in central York, but in a quiet area. Parking was really helpful.
