"Perfectly located, comfortably appointed apartment easy walking distance to main attractions and to the train station."

Lovely kitchen and lounge area, spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable and there were 2 bathrooms which was a huge bonus. Great to have 2 single beds for our young adult children to sleep in.

We had no idea how to operate the shower as we had never encountered that arrangement. Toilet in ensuite had trouble flushing as it wouldn’t stop filling.

"Fabulous Apartment"

Fabulous apartment. 10 min walk from the station and all the shops. Quiet area. The beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend

"Perfect location for a York city break"

The property was in a perfect location a few minutes from being right in the middle of York but just set back far enough to be a quiet location. We also arrived earlier than check in time to park and enjoy the Xmas markets the owner was very accommodating for us to do this. Also lovely bottle of wine left which was a lovely touch.

When we first went out we closed the entrance door to the apartment. When we got back it was stuck. We managed to get it open and didn’t close it again. May need looking at.

Location was better that I thought it could be......5 mins walk into the centre but astonishingly quiet location!! Great furnishing, lovely well equipped kitchen. En suite aswell as a bath was a real bonus. Secure parking is fantastic in York as its not the easiest or cheapest place to park.

Extra pillows would be nice and an Iron and board for when your going out dolled up!........not really dislikes, just a suggestion.

"Passable for one night, did not use shower, could do with fumigating."

self catering, location and parking perfect. new carpeting throughout.

On suite, shower disgusting, mould everywhere toilet seat loose. extractor fan not working. Entire flat smelt of cigarette smoke, very unpleasant. Requires attention to cleaning and maintenance throughout.

Great location and size

Missing basic essentials like tea coffee and milk, which we’ve had in previous properties. We appreciated the wine. Towels were very small but useable maybe consider larger sizes
