The Royal Oak Inn, Rhandirmwyn

Lovely inn located in a remote, and beautiful part of Wales. The family were friendly and very welcoming, the food was excellent and the room was comfortable. I'll be stopping by again.

Could have done with a shower in the shared bathroom.

Lovely welcoming pub in rural mid- wales. We had a lovely room with private bathroom, all very clean and cosy on a wild Welsh night. Good meal in the pub in the evening and a fine breakfast before we set off.

The cistern in the toilet was a little noisy in the night. Otherwise everything was good

The Royal Oak was the perfect location for our visit - the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Amanda welcomed us and our dog who was properly spoiled. Great Welsh breakfast - thank you.

Fabulous location. Staff were all lovely, friendly yet professional. Clean room. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Excellent meals in the evening at reasonable prices. Very accessible for walks including the waterfall nearby.

Small gripe and didn't really affect my stay, the bathroom only has a bath - no shower. You can request a shower hose/fixture if you wish. It was quite nice to soak after a day's hike though.

Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay there again.
