Nice hotel with spacious room. Breakfast was good. Staff is kind and helpful.

We were there during winter so most things in the area are closed, so the location wasn’t the greatest. I imagine that in the summer months the location would be good.

The location of the hotel is right at the harbour, so if you plan cruise is good. Bed was comfortable, staff was polite and even tooth us with car to the harbour. Lovely view from the balcony.

The bathroom was not the cleanest one.

Chuyến đi thời tiết đẹp.rất ủng hộ.khách sạn rất tiện nghi,sạch sẽ,bạn lễ tân rất dễ mến,chị chủ khách sạn nhìn rất phúc hậu và nhiệt tình.phòng viu biển cực đẹp nha.bước 2 bước chân ra biển.ăn sáng trên tầng 6 viu cũng rất đẹp luôn.ks lại còn cho mượn cả xe đạp và xe máy nữa.Nói chung sự lựa chọn hoàn hảo khi đến tuần châu đấy ạ

We had rooms overlooking the harbour so we could watch the boats come and go against a backdrop scenic islands. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. This is a family hotel and they were all friendly and helpful. One of the daughters has excellent English so communication was easy. They even drove us the short distance to the ferry the following morning.

A choice of a less plump pillow would have been nice.

L emplacement pratique pour les croisieres (nous n avons pas pu a cause d un typhon). La disponibilite et l accueil du personnel. Ils sont venus nous chercher a l arrivee du bus a 3h du matin. La jeune fiĺle m a aide a trouver une croisiere et a reserve le bus pour Tam Coc. Ils sont souriants et tres gentils

L odeur dans une des salles de bain. La propreté est moyenne (cf dessous des lits) Fenetres tres moyennes surtout en cas de pluie Petit dejeuner tres juste, pas de choix et qualite moyenne Cher pour la qualite de l hotel.
