La famille de cet établissement et Laura la fille qui fait tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. A 5 minutes de l’embarcadère pour visiter la baie d’Halong, pas de transport AR de Hai Phong

"Accueil fantastique par les hôtes"

Nous sommes arrivés avec le bus vers 7h du matin et ils nous ont proposés de disposer directement de nos chambres alors que le Check in est à 14h. Très bons conseils pour les croisières, restos, … toujours disposés à aider et d’une extrême gentillesse. Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Chambres très propres.

La vue extraordinaire sur la baie d’Halong depuis notre chambre au réveil. Quel bonheur ! ( voir les photos) Les grands lits confortables La grande douche italienne Le calme absolu pour bien dormir La gentillesse du personnel

Le matelas très dur du lit enfant Les horaires limités du petit déjeuner ( on a tellement bien dormi qu’on s’est levé trop tard 😁)

"Far, not centric"

I booked this place because of the proximity of the port,. conveniently after my cruise. The place is deserted. There's nothing to do, it's like a ghost town. The breakfast is actually very complete and the lady serving the breakfast did a great service.

As I didn't hire their taxi service to the airport, the receptionist told my grab and I was charged an additional "airport" because of her. I accepted because I didn't have time to miss. The airport is very far. The location is very bad. Lastly, my room was non smoking, but the smell of the smoke was strong in the bathroom, from the vent.

"Отличный отель с радушными хозяевами на острове Tuan Chau"

Хозяева отеля - приветливая и доброжелательная семья. Жили в отеле 3 ночи, каждый день хозяин возил на своей машине к ресторану и обратно на другом конце бухты. Очень комфортная обстановка, по сравнению с 2 отелями в Ханое. Помогли с покупкой билетов в другой город, отвезли до точки отправления. Хороший вид из окна в номере.Чистота, удобства, тишина в отеле Неплохой завтрак Близость причала до острова Кат Бу и экскурсий в залив Халонга.

Не нашли ресторанов поблизости на этой стороне причалов. Ездили на противоположную сторону.
