Webb's Hotel

The location is wonderful and it is a cultural landmark.

It was absolutely filthy. The pool area was horrid. The hot tub green. The jet tub in room did not work. They did not lock the front doors at night. The person working the front desk was disheveled and wearing pajamas. Marijuana is the first thing you smell when entering. Big barking dog behind the door right next to check in. The breakfast was laughable. Cold cereal. There was a literal hole from the bathroom to the bedroom. A shower curtain is what was used for privacy. The TV only had a couple working stations. Everything needed updated. I could go on!!!

Place was a mess. Pool was not heated. Hot tub was broke. Linen and towels were stained. Room was not clean. Dirty laundry was ledt in the hallway. No garbage cans in room. Only coffee was decaffeinated. No breakfast.

As advertised microwave was missing and the phone didn’t work. It said for 911 calls use your mobile phone. Upon checkout clerk wouldn’t give receipt. She said because I booked with booking.com she wasn’t able to print receipt.
