Room was not clean, bed sink in the center, shower heater not working, call don't answer. Ask to change room thru WhatsApp , they agreed but waited for few hours and keep asking them for more than 3 hours still ask us to wait. keep asking to wait till we found their fix line phone number. They only answer call by calling fixed line number, they don't answer by calling WhatsApp.
