The apartment was excellent and very clean

The stairs are a little narrow but accessible

Reasonably priced, clean, and with everything you might need (except a dining table).

I think describing the area as "lively" is a bit euphemistic. It's largely my fault for not researching, but if you are not local I would take some time to Google the area. This is a really run down part of town, with lots of rubbish piled up along the street and in front gardens, and quite obvious signs of drug use. We arrived late at night, and there was a loud group of men standing directly outside the property, watching us as we tried to open the lock box and get in - we were clearly interrupting them and it was really uncomfortable. The area felt reasonably safe during the day, and the flat itself was fine, but we were never 100% comfortable after that first night. Probably not one for families.

Large apartment at an excellent price as we were on a budget. Next to a beautiful park and walking distance to the docks. Owners were friendly and in contact.

The property was clean and tidy and in a great location for the quays and shopping. The owner was very approachable and free on street parking was a real bonus.

The inside of the property was lovely. Unfortunately, there were a lot overflowing refuse bins along the street outside.

Central location and could squeeze my car in somewhere pretty close.

It was good value for money. There was nothing i didnt like
