New apartment Trento (parking)

Die Lage

L’appartement loué ne correspondait ni à la description, ni à l’adresse indiquée ! Pas de papier toilette dans les wc, pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner, uniquement des verres. Accueil express.

Не понравилось все. Менеджер говорит только по итальянский. При попытке говорить на английском, немецком, русском. Кидал с истерикой трубку.вместо заказанных и оплаченных мной апартаментов, поселил в грязной квартире с поломанной сантехникой, убитой кухней и чужими продуктами в холодильнике. Поломанным душем и отсутствием вай фая.квартира в старом городе и всю ночь под окнами было слышно крики туристов. Спать было невозможно. Вместо парковки пришлось бросить машину на улице.

La ubicación

Decía con parking gratis y cuando le envié un mensaje porque no tenía ninguna información sobre cómo acceder se limitó a remitirme varias direcciones de parking público de pago. Además tenía varios desperfectos: sin luz en el baño, el router no funcionaba, no sabíamos la contraseña

Zentrale Lage

Haben eine andere Unterkunft, als gebucht bekommen. Leider dann ohne Parkplatz. Personal war aber sehr kulant.

The appartment is in a wonderfull location and its clear that the building is an ancient historical building.

The appartment was not the one that was published and it took a long while to get the new address. There was no free parking and wifi as promised in the advertisment (he told us he would come and show us where we can park but didnt show up). The electricity went out in the evening, we couldnt use the kitchen to cook dinner, and we waited two hour in the the dark. The apartment is not properly maintained (The door handles were broken, and the towel racks disconnected from the wall). They were not nearly enough dishes (no plates and only 3 bowls for the five of us)
