The rest Dirty!! Dirty!! Dirty! Big stains on couch (have photo's), pulled the coffee table towards me and found an unused condom (have photo's) this is disgusting!! Floors dirty, Lamp in room dusty. 1 x Smoke alarm missing in bedroom. Did not smell clean, smelled like dust. TV nice but no SKY. Unit is a gem but very run down. The couch needs a proper clean and the floor needs proper mopping with water and soap. I am really disappointed to say the least. Felt like no one cleaned properly after the previous tenants had left, the floor wasn't even vacuumed.

Comfy bed, good kitchen utilities. Perfect location for what I needed.

Easy check in process by collecting key in lock box. It would have been good to check in early on the day but it wasn't available

It was a spacious apartment withing easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. A quiet street, and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely book it again.

Its location suited me

The unit was clean enough , except the toilet was fairly disgusting . The list of items mentioned it had a dishwasher which it didn’t . The worst thing about it was it was positioned at the entrance to the complex , there was foot traffic right through both nights with young children , sounded like between 5-10 year olds , coming and going right through the night. There were loud stiletto type heel noise in between the children’s noise . As well as there noise the shutting and opening of doors was noisy . I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay

Was in heart of the city and convenient to restaurants and shops

Got a parking spot underneath that required a 5 point turn for our SUV to get into. There were timber floors I stairs and was very noisy with tenants up there. Also a daycare/childcare that the noise started from app 8.30am

Location amazing. Spacious apartment. Comfy bed. The no thorough fair street was so quiet. Close to all restaurants, 24 hr convenient store. Close to all amenities. Value for money we loved it. Besides a negative start on arrival we would highly recommend this property we will be back.

The wall heater blew up with flames and smoke it was scary. Shower head not changeable water came out like a pressure hose causing the hot water to go cold fast. Broken bench door fell out when we opened it up to store food. The loud walking from the next floor up was a negative. Not enough accessories in apartment like more lounge seating would have been nice and more carpets and drawers in the bedroom would have been nice also. Didn’t recieve any instructions to where the parking was located we had to ring for help at 9:30 pm after a 7hr drive and couldn’t locate our room as well because of no instructions. Was so stressful.
