O quarto excepcional. Muito bonito e com uma vista maravilhosa para uma das praças de Verona. Muito aconchegante e com tudo igual a descrição. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela Rebecca.

The property was really great location , there was a kettle and a fridge in the room which we used , a microwave we didn’t use , cups and plates etc. we were able to drop our bags into the room an hour earlier than check in which was great . When I asked about a taxi for airport transfer they sent me a number for a private driver they recommend and we used him which was easy and was a nice car.

When we got into the room once it had been cleaned, for some random reason the cleaners had made the queen bed up with only one pillow, I took a picture and messaged the contact I had on WhatsApp who asked me to send a picture, which I promptly did but they didn’t come back to me about sorting a clean pillowcase , I advised that we had two pillows in the cupboard that I could have used but no pillowcase. In the end when we left to go for dinner we found a cleaning cupboard open and managed to find one ourselves which I messaged. Not sure if the room should have been cleaned each day when we stayed like a hotel but the cleaners were in doing the room next door when we left that morning to go into the town but they hadn’t cleaned our room when we got back later that day.

Great location. Clean and tidy

There was no breakfast at the accommodation, but there are plenty of cafes and partiseries around. The room was quiet and very comfortable we loved the attention to detail in the decor. Very close to the center of town and the coluseum. Bus transport to and from the airport or ferry on the doorstep, virtually.

The location was a little difficult to find as we went to the regal hotel first off and then to their suite but in the same block as royal olympic hotel. We retraced our steps and eventually found the small brass plate on the gate. Once we met the agent we had no problems from there on.

The place was close to the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Like a 8 min walk I'd say. The Sushi next door is amazing by the way :)

Nothing bad, but we thought that the floor from our room could be cleaned a bit better. Everything else was good! Oh, the place was a bit tricky to find, but with the help of the host, we found it just fine. The GPS will take you to a building. Trust it and wait there, the place is inside of that building. You wont see a sign for it.
