It was in a brilliant location

Had to ask for extra toilet paper, the kettle didn’t work and there was no good view, however this didn’t spoil it in anyway

Great location, clean and comfortable, stylish but at the same time quirky. A really helpful member of staff helped with check in.

No cups, limited crockery so had to make do with hot drinks in glasses, not a major problem.

The location was perfect for us, the room was very pleasant, the bathroom was large with an amazing shower, and the property was secure.

Check-in was not a good experience, and our email sent ahead of time wasn't answered. This might be booking.com's fault. When we got to the property gate, there was a sign saying to call a local number to check in, but the call wouldn't go through on our phones. When we finally got through to someone, she came within 10-15 minutes to let us in. She said she we were supposed to communicate via What's App, but we had no way of knowing that (nor could we get a call to go through What's App anyway). The property was excellent, but if you use booking.com, I hope you have better luck with communication.

A metà strada tra la stazione e il centro. In 10 minuti a piedi sei davanti l'Arena. Camera e bagno spaziosi.

La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada quindi c'era un pochetto di rumore esterno. A livello personale i cuscini erano troppo alti.

A hosting foi super simpática e deixou deixarmos as nossas malas antes do horário do check in. Localização era muito boa, fizemos tudo caminhando e o nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda para um pico com um pouco de neve.

O quarto era meio poluído esteticamente
