Riad Hadia Fes - Prestige Stay

Located right off a major road is a huge plus so no need to navigate alleyways. Centuries-old Riad is spectacular looking. Mosque is available right behind Riad. Breakfast is amazing every morning. Terrace is beautiful. Service from Madame Hadia, Ahmed, Naeem, and the rest of the crew is phenomenal. Very friendly, supportive, and accommodated all of our concerns. They even took our clothes for laundry service! Overall great place, with great service, and a huge bonus was all the historical sites in the old medina of Fes being walking distances. Make sure your GPS is working though!

We had a family of 5 and going up narrow stairs to next floor every time was tough. Room was warm so lack of ventilation was challenging. Listing says "Additional amenities include a washing machine", but there is no laundry on site. Acceptable payment methods stated are all credit cards, but we had to pull out cash from ATM machine across the street to pay for our stay. So make sure you bring cash.

Ahmad and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Ahmad even sat with me to give me a short history of Fes and how to get about the city. He was a genuine host.

Everything was great. Just a preference thing was the room's location, as it was just off the Riad (inner garden area) so I heard all the guests when I tried to get to bed early. But this is only because im a light sleeper. Just something to keep in mind for other guests.

La proprietaria ci ha dato una stanza senza possibilità di avere una chiave per chiuderla e infatti un altro guest è entrato erroneamente nella nostra stanza.... La doccia non funzionava correttamente e solo dopo tentativi vari di chiedere una chiave siamo stati spostati in un'altra stanza dove ci è stata conferita la chiave. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti normali e quindi ti ritrovi con il buco in mezzo

L'accueil exceptionnel de Hadia et Ahmed. Très professionnel. Bonne cuisine (petit déjeuner et dîner). A conseiller.

Riad plein de charme, idéalement situé à l'entrée de la médina. Hadia nous a très bien accueilli et donné de bons conseils pour nos visites. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous avons également dîné au Riad et apprécié le repas mais son prix était assez élevé. Notre budget étant serré, nous n'avons réservé qu'un dîner mais si vous n'avez pas de contrainte budgétaire, nous le conseillons. Enfin, la terrasse est un plus ! Aménagée avec goût, elle est très agréable.

The riad is beautiful. Hadia, the host, shows great hospitality and makes you feel comfortable when you step into the riad (so is her staff).

Some bathroom facility may need a little upgrade/design, as it’s pretty plain at the moment.
