Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults

A downstairs toilet would have been an added bonus but not essential

Cleanliness was a real concern including mould in the bathroom, yellow-stained pillows (one with old blood on it) and mattresses, dirty throw cushions, someone else’s stool in the toilet brush holder and more. No curtains in one of the bedrooms. Pillows very thin and only 1 per person. Limited places to hang clothes. Sofa and living room too small for number of guests (I’d say 4 people to sit in the living room, 3 comfortably). Pretty disappointed, will not be staying again.

Great location, quiet and very close to a park

As mentioned in previous reviews there were no curtains in the downstairs bedroom, the stair carpet grippers stick up which wasn't great with kids and the toilet seat was the wrong size. It was a real shame as these things could be easily fixed but really affected the enjoyment of our stay

2 of us were in Birmingham for 3 days watching a Test Match, property was ideal for our needs....15mins from Edgbaston, easy to reach with Uber/Bolt. Issue with boiler first morning but Warren had it sorted by the time we returned later that evening. Close to airport & an ideal base for exploring Birmingham & its surrounds. Various restaurants, again, easy to get to. Would highly recommend staying here....plus a great Fish & Chip shop at the end of the road, huge portions for a very reasonable price.

House was perfect very clean and tidy and in a perfect location the host was very accommodating and looked after us from start to finish I highly recommend this property we will definitely we returning in the future

Nothing. The safety aspect was appalling. Gas button on cooker left on but luckily not working or we could have been dead

Everything. Staples sticking up on stairs. No key for back door incase of fire. Key on front door hard to use. Small towels not ample for amount of guests. Kitchen smelt bad was unable to cook for autistic children due to faulty oven leading to extra excessive expense bedding not clean I have video evidence of the cooker very dangerous.

The house is a good location for visiting the NEC. The house was generally tidy.

The bedding in one room was an awful material to begin with but some of the fake fur had been corroded away on it leaving a very rough surface on a duvet cover you then need to sleep in. The drainage pipe has a small leak and you can smell the bathroom waste in the outside area of the property. The kitchen also smelled badly of egg/sulfur one morning - could be to do with the drainage pipe. The stairs have carpet spikes sticking out of them and you have to be careful where you step on them. The banister can also pinch your hand if you run it along going up. One bedroom is also a communal/dining area and there are no blinds or curtains for sleeping. The house is just generally very minimal in terms of facilities and niceties such as towels, washing up equipment, kitchen equipment, space, the sofa is small as is the whole living area for 6 people.
