Parfait séjour dans cette belle petite maison, rue très calme tout en étant tout proche du centre ville et de la plage à 5mn à pied ,idéal. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires, parfait 👍.

1. It was clean 2. The washing machine was handy . 3 Right in old city and restaurants 4. Air conditioning worked well . 5 We asked for a beach towel and the host left us a square place of cotton fabric which I guess was to sit on at the beach . We didn’t ( couldn’t ) actually use it but do appreciate the effort .

1.As noted by other reviewers the property is very hard to find .Google maps doesn’t help . Also I think it should be made very clear in the listing how physically challenging access is AND that taxis can’t drop you anywhere nearby .I had an injured knee ( didn’t when I booked ) and didn’t think I would make it at all. Dragging heavy luggage up stairs and over cobblestones in the heat is hard for some people . We knew it was in the old city and expected some stairs but expected to be able to catch a taxi there …. Or at least close by .A lot of guests will not find this a problem ,but the hosts need to be up front about it . 2 . Many reviewers have mentioned the uncomfortable bed .The listing does state there is a sofa bed but we didn’t expect such a flimsy rickety thing with a 3 inch mattress that creaked and slid with every movement .The pillows fell down behind the bed all night. Obviously the host has spent time and money on the place yet hasn’t put in proper bed which I think is a basic requirement . We really didn’t sleep well for 3 nights .

Perfect location, the host Federica is genuinely kind and helpful. The place did indeed exceed our expectations. It is into two livable floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two balconies. Spacious kitchen with all needed amenities. Beds very comfortable .Highly recommend. We would certainly go back if visiting Cefalù again

Communication with the owner The place is in ZTL area which wasn’t really clearly defined. The closet parking is at least 10min walking which usually is not much unless you have luggage Many stairs
