Owner of property very untrustworthy they don’t care about customer they only care about her money

The property was dirty and I don't sleep there . I was doing complain but I don't received my refunds anyway . They said the Booking is responsible for that . And also from Booking I received the reply I will receive only 11 pounds I don't understand why . I'm very disappointed and I will go further with this .

Bad conditions I have pictures and I will make it in Google today. Im very disappointed about this site also never I will book with this app again . I don't receive my refunds I lost the money And the room was 99 pounds plus 12 pounds some late arrives or something like this .

I cannot put anything in here as the experience was entirely negative. Please for whoever is looking to stay here read about the experience below. I also have genuine beliefs that the reviews around me here are fake/by owner so please be aware of the rating being significantly higher than it should be

I hope this review will help people to make a judgement on choosing to stay here as if you have any genuine problems with this property like we faced the owners will not provide a refund. The room was not as advertised, me and my friend had booked well in advanced for a concert as we were aware rooms would be snapped up quickly. Without telling us however or making any effort to contact us, the room was changed from a twin to a double. We arrived very late and it was impossible to find a safe/cheap solution that night so this resulted in me staying on the floor. I agreed with the owners to stay on the floor and made it clear we would at least like a refund for the second night as I was not willing to stay on the floor another night. There has been an outright refusal from the owners to acknowledge the above and booking.com unfortunately have initially not been very understanding but- I am aware this is now being looked into by the internal team with my evidence of the discrepancy in the rooms.I am hopeful we will still get money back - I will personally be cautious now with any private owners via booking.com as they appear to have no interest in a quick solution. If there any other reasons not to stay: I would also avoid here if you have any respiratory conditions such as asthma as there was a very strong smell of incense which made my friends breathing difficult. The street was incredibly noisy so also found it difficult to sleep for this. The bathroom is not very pleasant either and its shared with long term guests. There was a teenager living there who did not reveal their involvement with the property but was staying there in the downstairs living room- I noticed they were on booking.com when I went to speak to him so I assume he had some involvement with the admin, but they refused to take any responsibility for the room.

Very convenient place. Just minutes away from the Harrow and Wealdstone station and bus route. The host is very attentive, easy to contact and friendly. The room is spacious, clean and with natural light. I will definitely stay again.

Bathroom was shared. There was tea and coffee and kettle in bedroom but no running water. You'd have to go upstairs to the bathroom.
