They never provided accommodation rather cheated us and taken away our money

No tv, no kettle I think on booking.com it’s not what it says on tin, not a private bathroom, bunk beds deffo need changing, a full deco and u do struggle to park

The property was advertised in the booking.com as cosy double room. Its misleading since its a bunk bed and old people cannot even climb to the top bunk. They say private bathroom and its outside the room and the people stay in the house also using it. There was not a single chair or glasses. When we went and ask for two glasses the boy who was in charge at the time said no. Then I asked how did you get more than 9 in the review. He got angry for no reason and said in an abusive language to get out of the room, if we do not like it. We immediately vacated the room around 7.00 pm and left. My friend came from abroad and had to struggle to get another place spending more money. After we left a lady called me stating that the wife of the landlord, apologised and promised to refund the money. I requested an additional £100.00 for the humiliation, inconvenience and additional expenses incurred. Surprisingly nothing happened yet. I am planning to demand the money and to institute legal action, if not paid.

Cheap, Clean, half a mile from station with a quick train into London. You're getting a room upstairs in someone's house. Pleasant hosts. Bathroom next door but used by everyone in the house.

No en suite but you get what you pay for. ideal for a one night stay in London

The place was clean, the facilities were great, it’s close to the station, the owners were very friendly and also went out of their way to make my check in easier in terms of timing. I found the room really cosy. View is calming

Decent little room just outside of wembley. Perfect for a consert or any event. 20mins in an uber.

Good job it wasnt a hot scorching day/night. Fan didnt work so would need replacing!
