La Casa di Filippo

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, really well equipped, and absolutely immaculate. It's on the 3rd floor ( with a lift) and feels very secure and quite luxurious. Super comfortable bed, spotless shower room, great lighting, huge kitchen with a great range of equipment, including a washing machine. Daniela met us at the building and was incredibly warm & friendly, providing local information and checking everything was OK on subsequent days. This place was wonderful. Vossia restaurant, as recommended by Daniela, is well worth a visit( we went twice). Another advantage is the proximity to the main railway station, thus allowing easy access to local coastal areas, Cefalu, and Palermo Airport. Nothing was too much trouble, and our stay was tremendous. Thank you, Daniela.

The area can feel quite rundown,and perhaps a little dark late at night. However, we felt perfectly happy and at ease.

Everything was perfect! Daniela was such a lovely host. I travelled with my family, parents and brother. Daniela welcomed us with delicius surprise. There was enough of place for all of us, comfy beds, nice cosy decor, spacious rooms, adorable kitchen equipped with absolutely everything you might need when you travel, great area close to the train station and city centre. Il Rosticciere nearby has fantastic buns. We are so happy we stayed at La Casa di Filippo, totally recommend!

Excellent, clean facilities and extremely helpful host.

Some noise on bedroom side but only in the earlier evening with no impact on ability to sleep.

The hosts were lovely people and very friendly Location is great for seeing all the sights and for transport, train and bus.

Close to train station. Wonderful large apartment with 4 rooms. Had a modern lift and thanks for the brekkie supplies

A little bit further to walk to markets etc, but chose this as was close to train station
