Very hospitable and loved visiting with them. I didn't want to leave. Accommodations were great. So peaceful and relaxing!

A bit far from affordable restaurants ..

The common area and kitchen was well done and stacked with items to use.

The property did not match my expectations nor the raving reviews. Starting with the location which was too secluded and not in a good way. When I turned on the street where the cottage is, I felt already uncomfortable. Just not a well kept area including the lake part. Then, the stairs leading to the guest rooms upstairs are a safety hazard, the ceiling in the bathroom felt it was coming down on me, and just not a pleasant overall smell. I should have been offered some kind of refund given that I was clearly uncomfortable and did not use any of the amenities. Had to leave after the first night.

Great location and the hosts were excellent! Very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable.

We were greeted by host as soon as well drove in. The place was clean, smelled clean. I wish we had more time to explore the grounds. Very close to Foxwoods. The bed was great, comfy. Definitely will be back.

The hosts were wonderful and very responsible. The cottage is cute, quiet and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of choices for the the continental breakfast.

We would have preferred to have some cubies under the clothes rack or drawers under the bed to place our clothes. There also needs to be more storage in the bathroom. The cottage needs to have an iron and ironing board.

Very nice property on a vineyard. The view is pretty, especially from the 2 rooms upstairs looking over the back. Rooms are small, if you want to socialize with others in your party you will need to use shared inside/outside space. All very comfortable ... but not private. Also, stairs to rooms upstairs are STEEP and flooring a bit unpredicatable ... so those with mobility issues should be careful. Kitchen/coffee/foodstorage facities really nice and convenient.
