Mery's House

Very convenient. Can walk to Montepulciano. Very spacious, well appointed and just lovely. One of the best condos we have stayed in internationally. Perfecto!

Mery's condo was our favorite place to stay during our 3-week trip to Italy! The location can't be beat. The condo is within easy walking distance of the main entrance to Montepulciano and very close to a large Conad grocery store. A medium-sized parking lot is right outside the condo with free parking, making it super easy to unload luggage. Mery met us at the condo to give us the keys and go over a few things. She is such a kind, caring person and the perfect host, checking in on us throughout our stay. She works at a local restaurant, Porto di Bacco, and made reservations for us to eat there twice. The food there is delicious and Mery went out of her way to make us feel special! The condo itself was super clean with all the modern amenities including a washer/dryer combo which was so helpful. One of the bathrooms also had a blow dryer with an additional diffuser attachment, greatly appreciated for those of us with curly hair. Mery's place was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the Tuscany region. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

We loved everything about our stay!

The property was a short walk to the entrance to the old town. It was so well decorated and fitted out with all mod cons. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable, large towels and comfy pillows. Mery greeted us and explained the property. A bottle of wine to greet us with the small things like a bottle of milk in the fridge to start our stay. She is a wonderful host and a really nice person to know. We feel like we were friends, not just guests.

Mery was a wonderful and friendly host who made us feel like family and was happy to be helpful with anything we might need including places to eat or do, wine tastings and places to visit. Her apartment was of very high quality with lots of utensils and some complimentary food pantry items. As it was quite hot during our stay, we used the excellent A/C which worked well to keeps us cool. The location was only 5 or 10 minutes walk into old town. Grazie mille Mery

Mery’s house was well built and perfectly appointed for a nice stay. Comfortable beds, pillows and towels. It was spacious and had a washer and dryer combo.

This house was by far the most wonderful, lovely, and beautiful place we stayed in during our trip. Our four friends were amazed by the stylish interior and all the items prepared for the guests, and Mery was a lovely host who really added sweetness to our tiring trip. The restaurant that Mery introduced us to was also great, and the city center and the accommodation were about 3 minutes away, and there was plenty of parking, so if you are driving, it is a perfect location to park comfortably at the accommodation and enjoy Montepulciano. I would like to say hello to Mery who made our last trip enjoyable and full of happy laughter, and I would definitely stay here more if I travel to Tuscany again.

Merys House is perfect in every way for visiting Tuscany. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Mery is a delight! Very easy to walk into the town and to drive from for further exploring. Parking next to apartment also really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend Mery’s house and would stay there again if we return to Montepulciano

Everything was perfect

Mery’s House is absolutely beautiful in its decor, impeccably clean, spacious and well-equipped. Not many rentals in this region have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a parking space. The apartment is located only a short walk from Porta Prato - a medieval gate that leads into the historic core of Montepulciano - and it is well-situated for visits to the towns and villages of the surrounding area. During our ten day stay we enjoyed day trips to Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino, Cetona, and Sienna, to name a few. Mery herself is an extremely warm and solicitous host. If you can stay at Mery’s House to explore the breathtakingly beautiful Val d’Orcia, count yourself lucky!

Mery’s House was absolutely perfect! Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Mery greeted us and made us feel welcome and at home. Everything you need is there, even a washer/dryer and great espresso machine. The beds are very comfortable. The place is quiet and very close to town. The ample free parking is a huge plus. I highly recommend it and would definitely book it again. We wished we had stayed longer. Look no further, this is the place to stay.
