Rotorua Sunshine Brand New 4 Bedroom house

Place was clean and area was nice and quiet. Went for a walk around the area, was very nice.

Nothing at all, my family enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness, comfort, layout, location.

Hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels , a plunger to make coffee , paper towels in the kitchen and a dustpan would have nice to have.

Great space for our family , location was excellent for all attractions around Rotorua.

We felt as a family of five staying at the property there was a few items that we picked up on was the 2 outdoor chairs and small round table wasn’t enough for outside use , 1 teaspoon in the cutlery drawer and a 2 slice toaster could be better off as a four slice . A little carton of milk would have been a nice touch on arrival . Tall lamp in the living space had no bulb . There was no Pamphlets and info in the house regarding local activities and excursions. Property was clean enough however we did find old lottery tickets and used ear plugs under the bed. There was a foul smell coming from the vacuum cleaner when in use .

Maybe can provide a pod coffee machine and milk

The house smelt very fishy and it seemed to be coming from the heat pump that we didn’t use. I did tx Keira about that and the rubbish was very full.

Location got privacy peace and quiet and comfy

If they gave us the extra linens that we paid for extra guests on day 1
