Rotorua Sunshine Brand New 4 Bedroom house

It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Nothing, we loved the whole experience

House was very clean, warm and comfortable. Very quiet area and not too far from anywhere.

If we had been self catering some bowels for salads eyc would have been useful. Just a thought for groups that don't want to eat out

Beautiful new clean house, with lovely gully view. Located down a long driveway, it gave privacy and quite from traffic noise. Use of garage for parking, a bonus. We felt safe in this location.

I would of liked better quality and firmer pillows.

Comfy beds, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and kitchen. Very quiet and private. Excellent communication from the owners prior to our arrival.

If you’re intending to self cater it’s very limited with only one large pot, a couple of trays and a frypan. Given the beautiful kitchen with a big 900mm oven and gas cooktop that seemed a bit of a shame. Knives were nice and sharp though and there’s a lot of cutlery and plates.

The size was perfect for our family

Not much, we will definitely be staying there again when we go back to rotorua

Private and secluded and still close to all activities. Clean and tidy property. Property manager was great in helping us accomodate extra people..
