FRExcellent accueil d'hôtes charmants et expliquant en détail le fonctionnement et les services. La yourte est superbe, cosy, très spacieuse et on y est à l'aise. Le chauffage pour les nuits froides est très efficace. Proche de Wanaka en 20 minutes et d'un supermarché en 15 minutes. Je recommande sans hésiter...

HKDEBesondere Lage und einmaliger Nachthimmel. Randell und sein Sohn Dexter waren extrem nette Gastgeber. Die Geschichte von Randell war inspirierend und es hat war ein genialer Aufenthalt. Frühstück war selbstgemacht ;) Kann einen Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen.
NZRandall was there to meet us when we arrived, he was excellent at showing us around and how everything worked.
When we booked we were not aware that the bathroom and toilet are away from the Yurt and going up and down the steep steps to get from the Yurt to the bathroom was not ideal. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night was very tricky, We felt like we were camping. The photos on the website make it look like the bathroom is attached to the Yurt.
BEIf you are in for an unique experience, go for it. But be aware that it is 22 minutes drive away from Wanaka.

NLDe yurt is heel comfortabel, ook met de regen (die we helaas hadden). Off the grid maar wel met verwarming, stromend (heel lekker) water en elektriciteit en alles functioneert uitstekend. De lokatie is een plaatje en ontbijt en beddengoed zijn van geweldige kwaliteit. Hosts en hun zoon heel vriendelijk en met nuttige tips. Absolute aanrader!
AUAmazing!! It was such a cool experience to stay in a yurt and so cool to see how our hosts live off the grid and take care of such a beautiful property. Randall and Amanda were so welcoming and kind, even letting us to take some of the apricots off the tree to try. Amazing view from their property and so peaceful. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer and it wasn’t overcast because I would imagine the view of the stars would be incredible with the yurt skylight. Our stay was quite comfortable, bed was comfy and had all that we needed. They have a cute cat and chickens too. Be mindful driving up to the property as it’s mostly bumpy dirt roads.
Nothing! This isn’t a hotel room so don’t expect it to be a 5 star luxury getaway but rather a unique down to earth way to experience NZ
