Located in a small steep lane way so access with luggage is not easy however staff will help if they know when you're arriving/departing

The room was cold and damp at night as there was no heating. A heater was available for extra cost per hour but we opted not to use.

Really bad experience they change my room when I arive at hotel don't even inform me in advance in 1or 2 days before 😒 and I already pay advance for my room but they give me a totally different room the room was ok ok but not Worthy of money.the food was not tasty and price was high
INThe property has a good view like most other properties that are situated on the hillside.
Poor experience. The property is not accessible by a cab. One has to walk around 150 metres down/up a steep slope. The property is also incomplete and under renovation. It isn't friendly to people with mobility challenges due to high and uneven stairs. The property comes without a heater/radiator as standard. The property should clearly mention that as one would expect it as a standard rather than as a chargeable amenity when the temperature was 9 deg cel at 9 p.m. and around 5 dec cel at 3 a.m. Gaps in the doors through which cold draughts come in and a big 8 inch diameter hole in the bathroom that was finally covered with a board dont make it any comfortable in the cold. No breakfast menu was provided even though it was a part of my rate. Had to figure out what was being provided by asking multiple questions to the caretaker.
INININThe ambience and overall hospitality was superb. bonus points for bedwarmers.
The location is on a slope. But its for most of the hilly and mountain hotels. heater is chargeable.
