Communication was great . The host was in touch to check if everything ok all the time.

Its filthy. It smells..its misleading cuz i thought its a fourseasons san stefano serviced apartment, where i stayed before! The reception wasnt professional, the curtains the floors the dried flowers everything seemed filthy and i was told i had to wait cuz the system was down to collect my key. The walls were all smudged around rhe door and inside was a catastrophe!! The design the furniture the props everything was shocking and the smell was bad and i just couldnt stay there at all. I left because i also had my son who would have been traumatized from staying there!

Excelente localização, shopping junto ao alojamento, segurança em todo os blocos dos edifícios.

No check in, tive aguardar a autorização do anfitrião via mail, quando ja tinha o OK da reserva pelo Booking. não é possível aceder a piscina nem a praia , visto que apenas os clientes do Four seasons hotel tem acesso a totalidade dos serviços existentes. preços elevados do restaurante do hotel para os padrões monetários do Egipto.
