LUXURY HOTEL APARTMENT at GRAND PLAZA SAN STEFANO, PRIME LOCATION with access to MEGA MALL and FOUR SEASONS'S RESTAURANTS

Disappointing Experience at Flat 1703 - 5th Tower I recently stayed at Flat 1703 in the 5th Tower, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The apartment's interior was poorly furnished, with mismatched furniture and unattractive colors. For instance, there were seven different carpets, all in varying sizes and unattractive designs, which made the space feel disorganized. The furniture, except for the mattress, was outdated and clashed in both style and color. The main bedroom had only one bedside lamp, while the second bedroom had no bedside lamps at all. There was also just one small side table between the beds, which felt like it was pulled from a low-quality furniture catalog. The kitchen was another issue. The floor was incredibly sticky, and my shoes actually got stuck to it. The dishes were mismatched in colors and very cheap in quality. Additionally, the towels provided were not clean, and when we addressed this with the owner, they sent a cleaning lady to change the towels and do some cleaning. However, the kitchen floor was not attended to, which was disappointing. Every cupboard in the apartment seemed to have random items placed haphazardly, making the space feel cluttered and untidy. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't the neat and organized space one would expect. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi, which only worked on the first evening of our stay. Despite reporting the issue, it was never fixed, and we were left without reliable internet for the remainder of our stay. It’s clear that other apartments in this building may be well-furnished and maintained, but unfortunately, this particular flat was far from it. The owner charges the same rent as the other units due to the building's name and location, but based on the condition of this apartment, I do not believe it is worth the price.

There was a strong flowery oder from perhaps the cleaning solution or maybe air freshener that was too much. Also there were no face clothes for washing.

It was such a creepy apartment even tho it was in a luxurious building, lock on main door was broken Balconies doors had no locks. Place was not clean. It was an outdated apartment. Staff was a nightmare. We arrived late and they stood there angry and very rude, the reception guy had no idea and kept passing me to other people, he had no idea what was going on. He looked like he just rolled out bed. Then 3 of them ganged up and they made us very uncomfortable. To the point we went upstairs and put some chairs behind the door. I they said my name was not there and it’s an apartment and it’s not his responsibility to help me or check me in if it’s rental because this is a residential building and the “bookings.com and other rental agencies is not their responsibility” then I threatened that I’ll cancel and call the owner” then he started to change directions. That front group if staff was sleazy and made us absolutely uncomfortable. We will never come back again.
