LUXURY HOTEL APARTMENT at GRAND PLAZA SAN STEFANO, PRIME LOCATION with access to MEGA MALL and FOUR SEASONS'S RESTAURANTS

The location is great with access to the shopping center as well as the beach. Easy to reach and access. Everything was well described in the message we received before arrival.

The cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement. Also some devices such as remote control of the satellite in bed room and living room didn’t work well. When I called the service of the apartment a technician offered to fix on a personal basis (what he said) .. a way to provide him with extra money for fixing it! Many curtains were not in tact and need repair. No hair dryer available. In kitchen, seems there were left overs from previous guests with no cleaning or revision before our entrance. No enough pillows available. Finally we found in a closet but with no fitting covers.

Host and Staff are cooperative and location is amazing. Wifi is great for streaming.

It’s not a hotel , I checked hotels filter while booking as I believe it’s running by four seasons hotel. Balcony side sea view is from one bedroom only. The Bath tub drain is not functioning properly.

Everything was very fine

Nice room, spacious and good view. All facilities and amenities are in good condition. Room is quite and all staff are very helpful. Good location and easy access to shopping mall.

Only one towel provided for each bathroom. Supposedly to provide enough for 5 guests as per the booking done.
