I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza San Stefano in a luxury apartment, and overall, the experience was positive. Check-in was straightforward. Location and apartment room sizes

Kitchen is not well equipped. TV Remote control were not working. Reception staff was not welcoming. We found bed sheets used by the previous guest's hanging out to dry in the unit's balcony.
