The bed too poor and boot strong at all . No cleaning amenities..

The studio is very nice and it has everything you will need for a short trip. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants, and accessible by public transport. There is a gym within the facility, but I didn't visit so can't judge.

The standard of cleaning can be better Obviously, my studio wasn't checked before my arrival. There were stains on tables, dirt on the ground, and spider webs on the ceiling. The complementary milk they provided was expired 😐 The smell of piss in the reception is real. There was no receptionist out of hours, ie, after 5 and at weekends. I arrived on Sunday, got locked between the two gates and there was no one to help. There was no iron in the room and to get through to someone after hours is not possible, so be wary of that.

Good location, freshly refurbished building

I selected pay on arrival but was attempted to be charged few days before. Told them about it, was told no other attempt to charge my card will be made until I arrive. Was charged day before anyways. Bed was uncomfortable, no head rest, tiny pillows. Four sofa chair style seatings for one small studio but no table to eat at comfortably. Also, some problems with scams - someone pretending to be the host sends phishing messages through the official booking messaging system. Not through emails, mind you, but official messages. I was scammed €300 by accident. Weird Messages kept being sent after the incident and the host was sending “disregard the previous message” all the time. Things were off. Of course, no money was recovered. I asked for a later check out but the host couldn’t even give me that.

The place stinks likes piss, I had booked this place for my elderly parents. They had waited almost two hours to get checked in and when contacting the contact centre were pathetic and only requested further changes to be made to the booking. This could have all been avoided as there was someone on-site to assist but the co tact centre refused to make contact with the on-site representative. They always refered to their processes that had to be followed. Completely unconcerned my parents were waiting on the road. They then requested I make changes to the booking which costed additional fees. I would not recommend.

The reception stinks of piss. The contact centre is incompetent.

The location, the gym, reception, the studios were amazing, honestly everything was great.

Location, services/kitchen was great

Security- at my home door was closing with a broomstick. it feels not insecure.
