Communication about the collection of the keys - very late and not easy to find the box with keys.

The room was nice and liked the little kitchenette

No toaster in the kitchenette, asking for more coffee, sugar etc, didn’t come the whole week, it was no-one at reception when we arrived, and didn’t tell which one is our room. The room was clean(ish), definitely could do with some deep cleaning,

The building is pretty new

The hosts does not provide any support once you have checked in. It meant that we had to go and buy toilet paper and garbage bags (we were there for 7 days!)

Very nice flat, modern and comfortable. Loved having the gym onsite. Location was great.

The cleaning could have been more thorough, there was hair from the previous guest everywhere and the floor was not clean. A tea towel and toilet brush would have been useful.

I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations! The space was absolutely beautiful—spotless and well-maintained throughout. I truly loved staying here. The hosts were attentive, checking in on me several times to ensure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. If you're considering renting, I would highly recommend this property.

Superb location, really modern apartment with all the required amenities. Superb value for money as well!

I recently stayed at Greenhill by Dandi and had an excellent experience. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Harrow town centre and the tube, making it easy to explore London. The studio itself was modern and well-designed, with all the smart features you’d expect. It was compact but very comfortable, and the attention to detail in functionality made the stay effortless.
