Es muy buen apartamento y vistas chulas bien equipado

Un tercero sin ascensor.Estava a kilometro y medio de la playa tenías que bajar unas cuestas tremendas para acceder a la playa y por donde podías bajar eran 148 escaleras un horror debajo del balcón una vía del tren cada media hora pasaba uno....no es primera linea de playa como pone en el anuncio

Very good location, close to the beach and the centre. Very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious and modern. You have all the necessities. They provide you with a lot of towels. The host is very friendly and communicative. The kitchen is well equipped and it has a generous fridge. You can make a meal every day. The living room is comfortable and it has a big tv. There is a lot of storage place as well here. In the bedroom there is a huge built in wardrobe which can fit all your clothes. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The best thing is that the apartment has a huge balcony with a sea view and you can enjoy meals and coffee at the table outside.

Some dirty underwear and socks were left in the drawers and washing machine from old guests. They charge you 30 euros for late check-in (after 7 pm I think) which I find very expensive. I would have liked more pillows (or larger), because they provide your with 2 very small ones. And yes as other people mentioned the train tracks are very close and you can hear the trains every 15 minutes from 6 AM until 1 AM. You need some ear plugs during sleep if you are very sensitive to sounds.

It was so easy to collect my keys upon arrival. The people were proactive with info, and responsive before and upon my arrival. The apartment was spotless. It exceeded my expectations. No crazy check-out procedures, too-- just leave your keys on the table and head home! Bedroom: The mattress was great (nice and firm, how I like it, so if you like a soft mattress you'd likely feel differently) and the bed took up nearly the whole room, but a bedroom is just for sleeping and served its purpose well :) The AC unit above the bed works well, too. Kitchen: The kitchen had the bare essentials for cooking or reheating a light meal or for making yourself tea. I wasn't there to cook, so it worked just fine for me. Bathroom: The bathroom was spotless, and the washing machine was a HUGE plus. All modern/updated appliances. Living room: I couldn't get the TV to work, but that wasn't a huge issue for me. Comfy couch and powerful AC unit! The Malaga map/info brochure in the bookcase was very helpful for me planning my day in the city. Balcony: The view from the balcony really sealed the deal. Views of the city, the mountains, and a peek at the sea... really breathtaking. This was a surprise to me (maybe I didn't read the listing clearly enough!) so it was really a cherry on top of an already wonderful apartment. I only regret not having a breakfast outside at the table. Couldn't recommend this apartment more. If you want a nice space to yourself in a beach town (with relatively short distance from the city proper) this couldn't be more perfect. 10 minutes to the beach cannot be beaten! Other accessibility notes: The apartment is on the third floor of a walkup. If you have lots of luggage, this may be tricky. On a similar note, the apartment is at the top of a hill. Getting to the beach takes <10min by foot... downhill! Coming home, you'll be walking up several sets of cliffside steps. It's a bit of a hike!

As a solo female traveler, I wish the back sliding door to the balcony locked. However, the apartment's position at the top of a hill above train tracks makes it feel less likely for anyone to come up through the outside... but you can never be too safe!
