Modern, clean flat with all facilities and appliances. Lovely balcony with sea view.

Close to train track, but ear plugs did the job.

1-14.03.24, very clean fully equiped apartment, everything was new, bed very good, all you need for a short or longterm stay. Mannificent view of Malaga from the balcony, train did not bother me. Uncomplicated check-in/out, comunication before moving in was very good. Would stay again and recommend this apartment.

very good cleanliness and equipment, good facility service. unfortunately the location is 20 meters from the train. The windows were very poorly sealed, so you could hear a train passing every few minutes during the day. and at night, making it difficult to sleep.

So spacious with the most amazing view over towards Malaga and the sweeping coastline. Feels so much more like a home than a hotel and has literally everything you need for a short or long term stay. Close to the centre and the beach but still provides a feeling of space and privacy. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not quiet, there are railway tracks almost under the building and you can hear the passing trains even with the windows closed. Personally, it bothered me a lot. If this doesn't bother anyone, the apartment is fine. Good communication with the owner is also an advantage.
