WOW Views!!-Mountain Escape-Outdoor Pool-Close to Downtown-WiFi-Cable-Private Balcony

This has nice views from the balcony and is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mtn Nat Park.

Visible mold in the bathroom. Owner/manager has not responded to both phone and email attempts to contact to get refund.

The mattress cover was stained dried urine. Roaches were in the dining area ad 2nd bedroom. Mold was on the shower curtain the floors were dirty and trash was left on floor by night stand inb2nd bedroom the toilet ran so I opened it to check it and rust was every.

I liked the quiet. It was very peaceful

I did not like that when I contacted Jake about the tv not working when we checked in on time, when he "text" me to see how things were, and I told him that the internet was not working he did not respond. My whole argument is about the internet, you should let people know there is no internet aka tv. And when he did it was hmmm, I don't know why it's not working. Paid for Thursday through Sunday and left Saturday afternoon..... I do not recommend #5204

The view going and coming

The loud noise from construction on the building. Didn't know about construction until we arrived. The showers needed work. The neighbors were loud all night with no care. We even had someone come in while we were there saying that no one was supposed to be there.

Door code lock was awesome. Easy to use. Unit was comfortable and had great views.

Condo is dated, but looks like they are updating.

Our stay at Jake's condo was incredible. It was very clean, had wonderful mountain views, had a fully stocked kitchen and provided all amenities! Would highly recommend!
