GBclose to all amenities very central. very handy having parking close by along with the use of the permit
on main road so noisy at night ear plugs recommended. info book said there was a thermostat to adjust heating couldn't find it flat was cold due to change in weather and didn,t know how to increase heat elderly mum was cold eventually used switch on boiler but was not keen as book stated thermostat.
GBGBBeautiful accommodation set in a quaint courtyard with nice outside seating. Layout is perfect and was very clean. Location of the accommodation was ideal with access to buses or trains to different parts of the Lakes and 3mins walk to find brilliant food and drink options in Kendal. So many dog friendly options. Highly recommended as a base for The Lakes and the host was really lovely and approachable

GBGBLovely accommodation, nicely decorated and cosy! The host was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great base to eat and drink in Kendal (only a 2 min walk into the centre of town) and rural long walks are only a short drive away 😊
