The smaller new refurbished ensuite room 5min from beach parking in Guest house

The room was very clean and comfortable (best pillows ever) in great location for walking to the beach and into Bournemouth. Great communication from the owners and nice welcome - I do like a real person to let me in. Everything we needed for an overnight before the ferry including an England win ⚽, highly recommend. There is a well equipped little kitchen as well for longer stays

Every thing you could require was to hand, spotless and warm and comfortable, will definitely be back

Very warm welcome, cleanliness and we were offered a free upgrade, which was great. Having access to the kitchenette was also very helpful. Comfy bed and bedding. Parking at the property was also very welcome

Inga was lovely and greeted us and showed us around. Everything was very clean and having access to the neat little kitchenette was a bonus. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again. Although the room faced a road, it was so quiet and peaceful and with blackout blinds there was little to disturb a very comfortable night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

the house is easy to access, good location, the owner of the house was very kind also because I booked last minute, Inga is a very nice and helpful person, recommended location, many thanks Inga.
