The smaller new refurbished ensuite room 5min from beach parking in Guest house

Nothing to fault, our hosts were friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return.

Nothing not to like

A very cozy room with a bathroom, perfect for one person, but equally good for two. Modern decor and hygiene at the highest level, which unfortunately is lacking in today's times. Amazing bed, I would definitely recommend this for everyone!

It's more like a little micro apartment. Very comfy bed and huge tv. Super clean and modern little separate bathroom. Fridge, kettle etc. There's a mini kitchen shared with 2 other little flats, barely saw/ heard the other guests. Staff super welcoming and helpful. Very close to both shops and seafront.

It does feel a bit like a bedsit. A high end bed sit.

The good bit's Accomodation clean and tidy. The couple that ran it were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to shops or the lovely beach.

Not so good bit's Not private as stated, apart from bedroom and bathroom, everything is shared. The kitchenette is shared between 3 room, not equipped for six people cooking, nowhere to eat indoors, only on the bed with a plate on lap ( not ideal a tad precarious!! and not what was advertised, it would help if they made this clear prior to booking.) The thing they could do to make room more comfortable is change mattress as too soft no support, maybe even replace bed as too large for such a small room and then could create a small area to hang clothes.
