The smaller new refurbished ensuite room 5min from beach parking in Guest house

Very clean and rooms look exactly like the photos. Offered to up grade to a bigger room for a small fee

Close to the town of Boscombe and equally as close to the beach.

Perfect little hotel and the little kitchenette was a great touch, host were so lovely and helpful too! Seen a few reviews saying the room was too small but I thought it was perfect size for the two of us ! Will definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel beautiful interior decor and furnishings 5 minute walk to beach and shops. host Inga what a lovely lady so helpful and friendly we will deffo stay there again 😀

The host went above and beyond helping me, I am new to area and was commuting to work at the local hospital, the host helped me organise the bus, and was so kind.
