The smaller new refurbished ensuite room 5min from beach parking in Guest house

The host was very helpful and friendly and the location was good for where we wanted to go

Stairs bathroom just a little small for me as I'm us to wet room at home

Couldn't stay had to leave at 2am due to noise f4om person in next room in and out all night cars pulling up then leaving doors slamming ! Had to make a 2 and half hr drive home in the middle of the night ! Owner not willing to refund and having to communicate through booking.com

Host was awesome! Friendly, professional and informative. Nothing was too much trouble.

Maybe darker curtains in the room as it was very light ? But that’s my personal preference.

I was greeted by the friendly host and given info about the property. On arrival I was also upgraded to a larger room! How nice. The decor is lovely. The room comfy and clean. There was a fridge and microwave, coffee maker and even a wine glass and corkscrew. The host has thought of everything to make your stay the best possible. I could easily spend several nights here. Also very short walk to the high street!

This Room in this guest house exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean and modern, newly refurbished. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the seaside. The host was exceptionally friendly and professional, Highly recommend!

Great location - we booked to attend an event at the o2 academy. The room we stayed in was pretty cosy but nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The host was welcoming and good at comms - and allowed us to check out an hour later which was much appreciated. Would stay here again :)
